We create intentionally crafted and strategic user experiences
About
We specialise in creating user experiences that are both strategic and engaging
We design solutions that are easy to use and customised to meet the specific needs of users and the objectives of the business.
We use a method that focuses on measuring the performance of user experience to help you ensure that your new and existing interfaces provide the level of performance that your users expect.
The first part of a human-centered design approach is product discovery. Its objective is to identify user issues and establish a common objective for your company's digital product.
The discovery stage may involve various methods such as kick-off workshops, exploratory research, etc.
002
Research
This stage includes market research to identify trends, competitors, the potential durability of the product, etc.
The research stage may require multiple approaches, such as user surveys, focus groups, and competitor analysis.
003
Ideating
After the research phase, the designer creates a concept for the product’s user interface and user experience.
At this stage, the designer begins to brainstorm, building sketches, mood boards, wireframes, prototyping and using other resources that help build the conceptual foundation for the design.
004
Test & analysis
In the testing phase, we conduct usability testing.
The UX specialist plans and executes interviews, gives tasks and records users' behaviour and comments.
Through testing, we evaluate and refine the solution or to validate its accuracy.
005
Build
At this stage, we wrap our solution into an appealing user interface.
If the solution requires anything new in terms of style or pattern, they are developed and added to it. Graphic components, animations, videos and more can also be created and incorporated as needed.
006
Handoff
Following the build phase, all necessary components are sent to developers.
The designer responsible for the solution assists the development process and makes sure that the design corresponds to the original prototype and everything is aligned.
