Main approach
Dan John's new website was developed using Shopify Headless, a specialised eCommerce platform. The main navigation bar features over 20 top-level categories, including sales, a global store locator, an exclusive membership club, and contacts. A key design feature is the look builder, which allows customers to shop based on "Mood" and mix and match outfits to find their perfect style, much like a virtual shopping assistant.

Recognising that not everyone wants to shop online, we implemented the store finder tool to help direct customers to their nearest store, and with nearly 200 across Europe, there are plenty of choices. Dan John needed a way to deliver the best service across their multi-channel market, and the store finder tool solution ticked all the boxes.
